Staying Home, While Staying Safe: The transition of life in the Home

Since the spread of Covid-19 businesses have closed down and people have taken work into their homes.
As Coronavirus cases peak, the higher unemployment rate increases, but for some people work is available outside the office, turning their homes into work spaces.
“Phone calls are coming more and more in because of the pandemic,” Rhonda moss explained as she transitions to work at home .
With the city on lockdown, phones are ringing off the hook and those working from home are being kept busy, while others are discovering new talents and putting to use old ones.
“I do everything that I do in my regular life... read, paint, talk to God, Imani B., resident of Houston, stated in her interview.
Although activities are closed outside, people are being creative with the way they are spending their social distancing.
Even pastors have become creative holding drive up services , Live services and even Zoom meetings.
“It’s very interesting..,” Dominique Moss, Zoom attendee, express. Sharing that it is easier for her to focus and follow along with the pastor.
Dominique is one of many members that enjoy service within the comfort of her home.
While people are continuing to adjust to their new conditions during this pandemic, everyone is being asked to avoid going outside if possible and stay safe.
